Job summary

Gardant is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide exceptional, individualized care in line with each resident’s care plan. You will monitor health status, report changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and their families with compassion.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll participate in ongoing education sessions, team meetings, and uphold strict resident privacy

Qualifications

• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
