At Allerton Damp Proofing, electrical work is an important part of delivering safe, high-quality property improvement works for our customers.
We’re a growing team of skilled tradespeople working across domestic and social housing properties throughout Yorkshire, and we’re looking for experienced Electricians to join our trade team.
Our electrical work sits alongside our wider damp, mould, ventilation and property improvement services, so no two days are exactly the same.
We know what good electricians want: steady work, decent kit, fair pay, clear jobs and a company that actually supports them.
If you take pride in your work, understand the importance of compliance, work well in people’s homes and want consistent, well-paid work without chasing jobs or dealing with unnecessary admin, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be carrying out electrical and associated works in domestic and social housing properties across Yorkshire.
This can include:
You’ll be expected to complete work safely, compliantly and to a high standard, while treating every property and customer with respect.
Experience or qualifications relating to domestic ventilation would be beneficial but are not essential.
You’ll also need to be able to pass the required DBS and right-to-work checks for the environments in which we operate.
At Allerton, our values guide how we work every day:
Our Monthly Value Awards recognise the people who live these values out loud, with cash prizes and proper recognition.
We’re not a faceless contractor.
You’re not fighting for shifts, chasing invoices or left guessing where your next job is coming from.
At Allerton, you get consistent work, proper equipment, technical support and a team around you that wants you to do a great job.
We’re continuing to grow our electrical capability, which means there are genuine opportunities for electricians who want to develop their skills, take on additional responsibility and progress within the business.
If you want to work with a company that values skill, reliability, compliance and quality, and actually backs its tradespeople, Allerton is the place to build your trade.
