Qualified Mechanic Wanted!

Tech 1 Auto Care (Operating for over 20 years) is looking to hire a qualified mechanic. We are a family owned medium sized busy workshop located in Ferntree Gully. We work on all makes & models of vehicles, Euro, Asian, Local etc. Our small & friendly team have a large customer base who own four wheel drive’s (work and off road), small and medium sized Trucks, along with Commercial & passenger vehicles. If it’s got an engine, we’ll work on it. We pride ourselves on our reputation & work hard to always exceed our customers expectations.

Tech 1 is Licensed for Road Worthies, LPG & Diesel. Along with servicing, we also fit aftermarket accessories such as Bull-bars & Suspension upgrades, tyres, Electrical, Trailers, the list goes on & on.

We’re looking for someone who’s an all rounder with these Skills:

– Fully Qualified (Australian Cert III Light Automotive minimum)
– 5+ years on the tools (In the Australian motor industry)
– Confident mechanical aptitude
– Diagnostic skills in mechanical & electrical
– Team player
– Can work unsupervised
– Own tools
– Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
– Full Victorian manual licence.
