Job Summary

We are looking for qualified, certified, and experienced Automotive Technicians. As an Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with vehicles’ performance and function. You must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in communicating with customers, able to explain vehicle issues clearly and concisely and provide valuable advice.

Monday - Friday; No weekends

Compensation range of $22 - $32 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop

Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements

Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information in an easy-to-understand manner

Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

A technical college / trade school degree and ASE certifications are preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills are required
