Qualifications

• Education and experience: technical degree or equivalent with hands-on test lab experience.
• 2+ years in product development, qualification, or compliance testing.
• Strong knowledge of common electronics test equipment and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualification test programs per MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, UN 38.3, IATA DGR, and customer needs.
• Set up lab equipment including environmental chambers, vibration systems, cyclers, and EM C equipment.
• Instrument test articles and produce formal qualification reports for audits and customers.
• Develop test procedures, perform deviations, and generate traceable results.
• Collaborate with third-party labs to ensure safety and transport compliance.
• Plan schedules and coordinate with teams to meet deliverables.
