TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Quadcone Operator at our Wayland, MI facility to support the Production team on 2nd shift. You will weigh ingredients, perform QC tests, and help maintain high line efficiencies.

The role requires GMP/HACCP/LOTO compliance, cross-training in Littleford blending, and accurate record keeping. Forklift experience and willingness to overtime are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Must comply with GMP, HACCP, LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Quadcone Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Ability to weigh ingredients using Metric/American weight conversion.
• The ability to accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the Quadcone Department.
• Ability to cross-training in Littleford blending is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Must be able to maintain or exceed established line efficiencies.
• Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by Bay Valley Foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Important Details:

This is a full-time position on 2nd shift, working Monday thru Friday.

• 2nd shift operates 4pm to 12am

Shift differential included for 2nd and 3rd shift.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
