Job summary

Circle K is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager in Ringgold, GA to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team when needed. You will lead and coach team members to uphold company standards and ensure guests leave satisfied.

You’ll oversee guest service, training, quality, and safety, and take on administrative duties in the manager’s absence. This role requires flexibility across hours and a focus on results while maintaining a positive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment; assigns shift duties and follows up on completion
• Directs team and ensures food items meet Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift; completes end of shift/day paperwork
• In RM’s absence, completes daily/weekly/end of period paperwork, inventory and cash counts
• Guards a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Completes incident reports per policy
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics and drive profitability
