Circle K operates a fast-paced restaurant environment seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and coach the team. This role partners with the management team to maintain Circle K brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The RAM will ensure food safety, oversee shift duties, and help drive financial and operational metrics while handling end-of-shift paperwork and staff coaching as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
• Able to coach and motivate team members.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Full-time availability during all hours of operation.
