Lucy’s Restaurant Group in Auburn, AL is seeking a QSR Operations Manager for Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co. You’ll lead and develop a high-energy team, drive guest experience, and ensure financial performance.

This full-time role offers a $55,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus, with growth opportunities within two chef-driven brands inside Hey Day Market, focusing on quality, service, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in high-volume QSR or fast casual.
• Strong operational knowledge including labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
• High energy, integrity, and passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Supervisors, Crew Members, and Shift Leaders.
• Drive excellence in food quality, service, and sanitation standards on every shift.
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and Executive Chef to execute culinary vision across two brands.
• Recruit, train, and inspire team members to build a culture of accountability and growth.
• Step in on register, expo, or line during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Represent Lucy's brand in Auburn through community partnerships.
