Lucy's Restaurant Group in Auburn, AL is seeking an energetic QSR Assistant Manager to lead Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co. The role pays $18 per hour plus tips (about $21 on average) and requires full-time, hourly availability with openings and closings.

You will oversee daily shifts, coach a fast-paced team, and ensure food quality, guest service, and sanitation standards while growing into leadership within our multi-concept group.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of QSR or high-volume restaurant operations experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic scheduling, food safety, and daily restaurant operations understanding.
• Dependable with potential to grow into a leadership role.
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for hospitality and great food.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead by example to uphold Lucy's hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Supervise and motivate team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Help manage labor, prep, orders, inventory, opening/closing duties, and shift documentation.

What You'll Do

As an Hourly Assistant Manager, you'll support the daily operations of Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co., helping to lead your team and ensure every shift runs smoothly.

• Support the management team in running day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead by example to maintain Lucy's high standards of hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
