Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-growing restaurant group. You will drive sales, develop teams, and elevate guest service, while upholding brand standards in daily QSR operations.

We value hands-on leaders with strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills who can multi-task in a dynamic environment and guide crew toward excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management, with at least 1 year of QSR General Manager experience.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure.
• Experience working in a hands-on team environment.
• Responsible for daily operations of a quality branded QSR.
• Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop crew members and upcoming leaders.
• Develop and coach the team, delegating responsibilities to achieve results through others.
• Lead by example and ensure all brand standards are trained and followed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through strong leadership and guest service.
• Develop teams and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of a branded QSR with a hands-on approach.
