Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership management experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry
• 5+ years of experience working in the QSR industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold your team accountable
• A guest-first mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and food safety practices
