Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Delaware seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a fast-paced shop. The role requires about 45 hours per week with nights and weekends, plus a proven 5+ years GM background in QSR, strong FOH/BOH experience, and POS proficiency.

You’ll drive sales, control costs, manage inventory, and coach a motivated team. This is a player/coach role with opportunities for advancement and a salary above $50K with bonus.

Responsibilities

• Builds teams by identifying, recruiting, and hiring the best talent; uses performance management to retain staff.

• Prepares schedules focusing on operational excellence and cost control while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Maintains health, safety, and food preparation standards; ensures proper inventory control.
