• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and staffing.
• Support General Managers with problem-solving, equipment issues, and vendor coordination.
• Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and Shift Leaders to build a high-performance team.
• Drive sales growth and manage labor, food costs, and controllables to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and labor laws across all locations.
• Provide clear communication between franchise leadership and restaurant teams with regular updates and reports.
