Job summary

Workstream in McAllen, TX is seeking a District Manager to lead the local QSR district, acting as the essential link between headquarters and branch teams while ensuring policy alignment and a focus on sales growth. You will drive district operations, build productive customer relations, and ensure day-to-day execution of company guidelines across locations.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned district’s branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the district’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.
