Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Local QSHE Manager in Detroit, MI to lead local QSHE initiatives, support compliance programs, and drive improvements across locations in collaboration with operational teams. The role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in QSHE, knowledge of QMS and ISO standards, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Occasional travel is expected (up to 20%).

• 2+ years of experience in QSHE, Quality, Compliance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is considered an asset.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and corrective action programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Engineering, QSHE, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
