Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Senior Logistics Leader in Colorado to design, manage, and optimize warehousing solutions. Lead a team, oversee staffing, safety, and performance, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safe operations. You will leverage WMS and MHE expertise to keep operations running smoothly, while coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure high service levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of warehousing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of various production and quality systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You will lead a team and have overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, staffing, safety, and performance of your area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We will count on your successful record of accomplishment in leadership and knowledge of warehouse equipment, applications, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) to ensure a positive, engaged workforce and to keep our operations running smoothly.

• Oversee associates, manage work schedules, and ensure attendance is accurately recorded

• Establishes a clear communication channel between our internal and external stakeholders

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of warehousing experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment
• 1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement
• Knowledge of various production and quality systems
• Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. Onsite
