Responsibilities

• Attend affinity group advisor orientation and collaborate with other advisors.
• Coordinate and facilitate monthly affinity group meetings and record attendance.
• Draft and distribute invitations; maintain confidentiality in group communications.
• Coordinate budget for snacks/materials and submit reimbursement papers.
• Communicate with administrators and specialists about group updates, needs, and district actions.
• Help plan events and activities aligned with district policies.
