Job summary

Cencora is seeking a QRO Specialist in Shakopee, MN to support our AmerisourceBergen distribution services. The role ensures the integrity of the quality management system, tracks CAPA activities, and prepares materials for audits.

Strong data entry and cross-functional collaboration are essential for regulatory readiness. Required are 3+ years in QA/QC or related fields, with a High School diploma or GED and an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in QA, QC, compliance or related field.
• CQIA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates tracing, circulating, and filing of quality documents to maintain the quality management system.
• Tracks CAPA milestones and remediation tasks with staff for compliance timelines.
• Compiles audit readiness materials and coordinates logistics for internal/external inspections.
• Enters data and validates quality metrics in databases to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Responds to standard quality inquiries and resolves workflow interruptions to maintain daily operations.
• Facilitates communication between operational teams and quality management for training and compliance.
