Job summary

Cencora is seeking a quality assurance support professional to maintain the enterprise quality management system across US operations. The role focuses on tracing, filing, CAPA tracking, and data validation to support internal and external inspections.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED, with an Associate’s degree preferred, and at least 3 years in quality-related roles. CQIA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor credentials are a plus. Pay is $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates tracing, circulation, and filing of quality documents within the QMS.
• Traces CAPA milestones and remediation tasks with staff.
• Compiles routine audit readiness materials and coordinates inspections.
• Enters daily data and validates quality metrics for traceability.
• Resolves routine quality inquiries to maintain daily operations.
• Coordinates communication between operations and quality management.
