Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate for day shifts in Whitestown, IN. The role supports inbound, outbound and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and order fulfillment on a 4x10 schedule (Mon–Fri, start between 5:00am and 6:00am).

The pay starts at $20.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $23.75 through incentives, shift differentials, and referrals. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3+ years in warehouse operations and CSCP preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.
