Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. is seeking a QNXT Business Analyst to support core system migration by mapping data and business processes from the legacy system to QNXT.

The role handles data mapping into the Enterprise Data Warehouse across Member, Provider, Claims, Clinical, and policy domains and documents how legacy workflows translate into QNXT equivalents. Responsibilities include validating mappings, coordinating with Data Engineering, Product, and end users, and producing audit-ready

Qualifications

• Experience mapping data between a core system and a data warehouse.
• Knowledge of health plan data domains (Member, Provider, Claims, Clinical, benefits).
• Hands-on QNXT experience is required.
• Strong documentation and audit-ready mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Map data elements, tables, and relationships from QNXT to the Enterprise Data Warehouse across domains.
• Validate mapped data for accuracy and completeness against source QNXT schemas and downstream reporting needs.
• Document legacy core-system processes and map to QNXT processes and user workflows.
• Identify gaps and downstream impact of legacy-to-QNXT transition and document their effects.
• Partner with Data Engineering to translate mappings into ETL/ELT requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Configuration, and end users to reflect actual behavior in mappings.
• Produce audit-ready documentation of all mappings and gaps.
• Support data validation and user acceptance testing by tracing issues to source mappings.
