Qualifications

• Minimum five years of diverse experience in IT, health insurance delivery, or claims processing.
• Strong SQL and problem-solving skills required.
• Preferred ASQ certification in Software Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review of application/system configuration changes.
• Identify and document quality issues and trends.
• Act as subject matter expert for industry and system-related issues.

Skills

QNXT configuration experience (version 4.8 or later)

Quality review of application/system configuration

Strong SQL experience

Five years in IT and health insurance delivery

Medicare, Medicaid or MMP experience

Ability to handle multiple priorities

Collaboration with various stakeholders

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)

Education

ASQ Software Quality Engineer certification (CSQE)
