Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance seeks a Program Lead for QNXT implementation (temporary) to own end-to-end delivery of membership, capitation, and finance workstreams. You will coordinate with product managers, SMEs, and external consultants to ensure quality, on-time milestones, and readiness for testing and go-live.

You will coach teams, manage risks, and align stakeholders while guiding a stable migration from legacy to QNXT. This role offers partially remote work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MS in related fields).
• Minimum 6 years in health plan/healthcare or related industry.
• Knowledge of payer operations and end-to-end life cycle.
• Experience with large, cross-functional system implementations.
• Working knowledge of QNXT or similar core admin platforms.
• Ability to build and manage integrated workplans and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-side execution for core admin transformation across all domains.
• Serve as the accountable program PM lead for QNXT implementation.
• Lead the integrated claims implementation plan across workstreams.
• Coordinate alignment across Claims, Provider Data, and Configuration.
• Define future state workflows and design decisions for QNXT.
• Own governance for the implementation workstream and risk management.
• Coach cross-functional teams and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day with consultants and vendors to align scope and timelines.
• Lead readiness for testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
• Drive continuous improvement to protect timeline and quality.
