Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an entry-level Analyst to support provider configuration activities, including accurate maintenance of provider information across claims and provider databases. The role emphasizes data synchronization and validation to support contracting, network management and credentialing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of health care experience preferred, in a customer/provider services setting.
• Critical-thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Customer service experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Receives provider information from outside parties for loading/updating in internal systems; ensures timely and accurate entry per standards.
• Maintains provider demographic data including affiliations and contract assignments.
• Audits loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback.
• Ensures provider information is loaded accurately to support claims processing, outbound reporting, and directory updates.
