Qualifications

• 5+ years quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Management experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain QMS in ISO 9001 compliance.
• Coordinate and lead audits (internal, customer, third-party).
• Manage CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
• Maintain quality procedures, records, and documentation.
• Monitor and report quality performance and compliance metrics.
• Supervise and develop quality inspectors and technicians.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support product changes.
• Deliver training on quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier quality including audits, approvals, and CAPA actions.

Quality Manager (Manufacturing/ISO 9001 exp req) Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate and lead audits (internal, customer, third-party); ensure timely resolution of findings
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and conduct root cause analysis
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, other quality methodologies
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and other QMS documentation
• Monitor and report quality performance, trends, and compliance metrics
• Supervise, mentor, and develop quality inspectors and technicians
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support product changes
• Develop/deliver quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements trainings
• Maintain accurate employee training and qualification records
• Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, approvals, and corrective actions
• Support first article inspections (FAI) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities
• Monitor/reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ), including scrap, rework, warranty claims, returns
• Partner with Finance /Operations to evaluate financial impact, identify cost-saving opportunities
