Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking a Corporate Quality Management System Administrator to support the launch and ongoing maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System at multiple locations, working with an outside vendor and internal teams.

The role focuses on implementing QMS modules, defining success metrics, training trainers, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9000/IATF 16949 while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with ISO 9000, current revision, and/or IATF 16949 current revision process as it applies to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Indium Corporation's QMS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal, administrative, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues without detailed direction
• Ability to work accurately within strict deadlines across multiple projects
• Professional and eager to learn and be challenged
• Ability to utilize multiple word-processing and database applications
• Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of a new Quality Management System (QMS) with an outside vendor and internal BSA group
• Identify the measurements of success for implementation both during and post-deployment of modules
• Continually improve the existing software/systems/processes concerning the QMS
• Create a training plan for all modules and act in a train-the-trainer capacity to develop additional trainers at each location
• Support related third-party audit activities
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Attend training as needed or assigned
