Job summary

Oxbo is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own and optimize the corporate Quality Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance through audits, data analysis, and cross-department training. You will lead systemic CAPA investigations and drive workflow improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process architecture, and teaching teams how to write effective procedures, with strong collaboration across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years managing an ISO-certified environment with data emphasis.
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Quality Management System for ISO certification.
• Lead internal audits and liaise with registrar auditors.
• Manage document control and lifecycle for policies and manuals.
• Conduct risk assessments and CAPA investigations across departments.
• Map and optimize cross-functional workflows; drive process improvements.
