Job summary

Juniper Networks, Inc. in Louisville, CO is seeking a care aide to provide essential support to residents in our senior living community.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts from 2 pm–10 pm or 10 pm–6 am, with weekend availability required. Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration and daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, communicating with the team and families, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Tech Certification/QMAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role
