Job summary

Juniper Networks, Inc. is seeking care aides to join our team as we train residents to become Med Techs. We offer on-demand pay through DailyPay, with starting pay of $16.00 per hour for caregivers and a $1.00 shift differential for Overnight shifts.

Full-time positions are available 3 pm–11 pm; part-time or PRN shifts also available, with weekend availability required. High school or equivalent is required; Medication Tech Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Tech Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and program participation.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with the care team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Preferred)
