Job summary

Juniper Communities in Louisville, CO is seeking care aides to provide physical support to residents, helping them stay engaged, safe, and independent. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and monitoring residents' well-being.

Roles are offered as part-time or full-time, with shifts from 2 pm–10 pm or 10 pm–6 am and weekend availability required. DailyPay is available, and pay starts at $19.00 per hour, with higher rates for CNAs and experienced caregivers.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
