Qualifications

• Certified as QMA/CMA by the state and CNA certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed supervision
• Practice the five rights of medication administration
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
