Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Scottsburg, IN is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications under nurse supervision and to support residents with daily living activities.

You will follow the five rights of medication administration, ensure proper labeling and storage, and perform medication charting as directed. CNA certification in good standing and state QMA/CMA certification are required or preferred, with 0–1 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Certified as QMA or CMA by the state, with CNA in good standing
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
