Trilogy Health Services seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) at Kingston Health Center of Fort Wayne to assist with administering medications under supervision and help residents with daily living activities. The role emphasizes accuracy in med administration, labeling, storage, and proper documentation.

Required state certification as QMA/CMA and active CNA in good standing; 0–1 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as QMA/CMA by the state and hold CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed supervision and state policy.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Chart medications as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Education

QMA/CMA certification (state)

CNA certification in good standing
