American Senior Communities is seeking a Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator (QMA) at Bethlehem Woods in Indiana. The role ensures appropriate staffing levels and supplies to support high-quality geriatric care for residents.

The Scheduler collaborates with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to plan schedules, manage inventory, and uphold regulatory guidelines, while reflecting the CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules to ensure the provision of quality nursing care.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise on staffing needs and budgets.
• Ensure staff have necessary equipment and supplies; manage inventory and deliveries.
• Collaborate with team to uphold regulatory guidelines and provide excellent resident care.
