St. Paul’s Assisted Living, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a compassionate QM A to join our healthcare team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living needs, ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current QM A certification in Indiana is required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration practices and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with teamwork.

• Support the nursing staff in responding to emergencies and providing prompt care to residents.

St. Paul’s Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled QMA to join our dedicated healthcare team. The QMA will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities
