Exceptional Living Centers in New Albany, IN is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for our skilled nursing community. The role offers $20.00–$22.50/hour with credit for experience and is full-time, in person, 3 days per week with 12-hour shifts.

The QMA will provide direct resident care, document medication administration, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure compliant, high-quality care. Minimum age 18 and Indiana QMA certification (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Active QMA certification in Indiana, or willingness to obtain by hire if certified in Kentucky.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
• Document medication administration and observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with CNA duties and work closely with nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and support the healthcare team in delivering quality resident care.
