Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with eligibility to work with youth.
• At least six months of experience with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or eligible to become CMA within three months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cottage operations and supervise staff on the inpatient team.
• Implement therapeutic programming with fidelity to trauma-informed care.
• Ensure documentation standards and agency procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe, structured milieu for youth in care.
• Coach and train staff and monitor performance to support professional development.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate care.
