Job summary

Tanager Place is seeking a QIDP Staff Coordinator at the Main Campus in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead the Inpatient Team, oversee cottage operations, and implement therapeutic programs for youth in a trauma-informed, structured setting.

The role requires a CMA and related certifications, a minimum of a High School Diploma or 2-year degree, and prior experience with children with developmental disabilities. Competitive benefits and full-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum age 20.
• Six months of experience with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• CMA certification required or eligible to obtain within 3 months of hire; certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cottage operations and staff supervision within the Inpatient Team.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic programming with fidelity to trauma-informed care.
• Maintain documentation standards and safe, structured milieu for youth.
• Coach and train staff; oversee performance and provide guidance in collaboration with partners.
