Job summary

Great Livin' LLC in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Qualified Intellectual Professional (QIDP) for our ICF/IDD program. This full-time management role directs service delivery, supervises location managers, and ensures compliance with NM Medicaid requirements and agency policies.

You will coordinate intake, discharge, documentation, and staff training, while mentoring DSPs. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of management experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional training and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years in related field preferred.
• 1 year management experience in field/related field.
• State-m mandated trainings for Direct Support Supervisors and Internal Service Coordinators within first year of hire.
• Willing to undergo additional training for position skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit all required documents to New Mexico Medicaid before admission and annual timelines.
• Direct and coordinate service delivery in line with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise Living Support/Direct Support Professionals.
• Recruit and participate in DSP interview and hiring process; train on IHP.
• Attend IDT meetings; approve DSP schedules and work time.
• Coordinate intake/discharge; ensure timely documentation.
• Develop procedures, goals, and strategies for service delivery.
• Maintain compliant documentation and reports; liaise between field and management.
