Job summary

EP!C is seeking a dedicated and compassionate QIDP/Program Coordinator to provide person-centered case management and program oversight for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized service plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordinating services through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Services or education with two years’ supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• One year experience with persons with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and oversight in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Leverage expertise in behavioral health and program coordination.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served.
