Job summary

Provident Place is seeking a dedicated Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional to oversee care plans for residents with developmental disabilities. You will lead operations at two licensed facilities in Apple Valley, CA, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong management abilities, experience in residential care, and knowledge of CDPH rules. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services / Social Sciences is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential or community care settings.
• Knowledge of CDPH rules and Regulations (Title 17 and Title 22) and CPR certification.
• Strong management skills with supervisory experience in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents with developmental disabilities.
• Manage ISP schedules and HRC and IDT meetings across two facilities.
• Lead monthly in-services and staff training on safety, cleanliness, and documentation.
• Coordinate client data, reports, and regulatory compliance for all homes.
