Job summary

St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, in partnership with Tower Health, seeks a QI Coordinator II to drive quality improvement initiatives across clinical and administrative data.

You will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting outcomes while collaborating with hospital leadership, directors, and the medical staff to improve processes. Ideal candidates will have RN experience, a 4-year degree, and strong skills in analytics, change management, and presentation of findings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required and relevant RN experience.
  • Experience with quality improvement projects and data management.
  • Proficiency with Epic and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children

The QI (Quality Improvement) Coordinator II assists in supporting the quality, safety, service initiatives, and goals of the organization, department, and service lines using Continuous Quality Improvement methodology in managing data collection, analysis and reporting outcomes. The QI Coordinator II works closely with internal and external customers including but not limited to hospital administration, department directors and managers, members of the medical staff, and other healthcare providers, as well as outside vendors. They identify the appropriate utilization of clinical and administrative data and facilitate teams and initiatives through the process improvement cycle.
