St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is seeking a QI Coordinator II to drive quality and safety initiatives using Continuous Quality Improvement methods.

This role collaborates with hospital leadership, directors, managers, clinicians, and vendors to manage data collection, analysis and reporting outcomes. The successful candidate will lead teams through process improvement cycles, identify data-driven opportunities, and coordinate performance improvement projects across service lines.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 year/Bachelor's Degree and completes competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • RN experience and performance improvement and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in supporting quality, safety, service initiatives and goals using CQI methodology across the organization, department and service lines.
  • Identifies appropriate utilization of clinical and administrative data and facilitates teams through the process improvement cycle.
