Primoris Pipeline is seeking a QHSE Supervisor to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety culture, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include site inspections, incident investigations, QHSE training, and collaboration with project teams to embed QHSE into planning and execution. Strong OSHA/EPA knowledge and CSP/CHST/OHST desirable.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state/local QHSE regulations.
• CSP/CHST/OHST certifications highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct effective training and lead incident investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure QHSE compliance.
• Assist in investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and corrective actions.
• Deliver QHSE training programs to employees, subcontractors, and new hires.
• Maintain records of QHSE activities including inspections, training, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate QHSE requirements into planning and execution.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Monitor environmental performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in QHSE meetings and contribute to strategies.
