Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation's Hollis Creek project seeks a QHSE Technician to support the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs at the site, ensuring regulatory compliance and company policy alignment.

You will conduct inspections, assist in plan development, deliver toolbox talks, investigate incidents, maintain records, and support audits while promoting a strong safety culture across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a QHSE role, preferably in construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA and local regulations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Assist in development and enforcement of site-specific QHSE plans and procedures.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of QHSE documentation including permits, inspections, and training.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE; participate in drills and audits.
