Job summary

IFE NDT, LLC seeks a Director of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) to lead quality, safety, and environmental programs for flowline inspection and oilfield services. You will align customer requirements with procedures and daily work, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations.

The role partners with operations and field personnel to identify risks, implement practical improvements, and maintain traceability of inspections and records across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in QHSE, HSE, quality assurance, or a comparable role with responsibility for quality and safety programs; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, including directing employees and managing performance.
• 2+ years of experience in nondestructive testing (NDT), flowline inspection, or related technical inspection or quality role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the quality management system, including procedures, document control, audits, and corrective actions.
• Partner with operations to maintain consistent flowline inspection processes, reporting, and traceability.
• Review customer requirements and translate them into procedures, work instructions, and daily practices.
• Coordinate internal and customer audits, maintain records, and follow up on findings.
• Investigate nonconformances, identify root causes, and verify corrective actions.
• Lead safety and environmental programs across company locations and field operations.
• Coordinate safety training, workplace inspections, and incident and near-miss investigations.
• Maintain safety documentation and support customer safety qualification requirements.
