Job summary

IFE NDT, LLC in Odessa, TX seeks a Director of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment to lead QHSE programs supporting flowline inspection and oilfield service operations.

The role ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements; leads audits, incident investigations, training, and documentation control, and collaborates with operations and field personnel to implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressively responsible QHSE experience; 5+ years preferred.
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in nondestructive testing (NDT) or related quality/inspection role.
• Experience leading quality and safety programs and coordinating with operations.
• Familiarity with flowline equipment and inspection workflows.
• Knowledge of QMS, auditing, document control, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the quality management system, including procedures, document control, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety and environmental programs across locations and field operations; address hazards and training needs.
• Oversee inspection procedures, documentation, and technician qualification records; coordinate with Level III personnel.
• Track performance, identify risks and trends, and report to leadership; ensure customer requirements are integrated into procedures.
• Build practical processes that support safe work, reliable inspections, and customer confidence.
