Job summary

IFE NDT / Integrity Solutions seeks a hands-on QHSE Leader with NDT experience to support field operations across multiple districts. This is a field-driven leadership role, not a desk position.

You will work directly with technicians and shop teams to enforce safety, quality, and operational standards while driving consistency across locations. Travel between Colorado and Texas is required, and the role demands hands-on problem solving in the field.

Qualifications

• NDT Level II preferred or strong field experience.
• 3+ years in oilfield services, NDT, or mechanical operations.
• Willingness to travel regularly between districts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field personnel.
• Self-starter who can operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly between Colorado and Texas locations.
• Lead field teams to ensure procedures and standards are followed.
• Identify gaps in safety, quality, and documentation and correct them in real time.
• Hold teams accountable to company and client expectations.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
