Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a Coordinator I QHSE in Hubbard, TX to assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE programs. You will help with inspections, audits, incident investigations, and training, while maintaining records and supporting safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in QHSE, and OSHA/EPA knowledge. Travel to other sites may be needed; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a QHSE role, preferably in energy services or construction.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA, EPA and relevant rules.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist QHSE inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Support incident investigations including data collection and root cause analysis.
• Help develop and deliver QHSE training for employees and contractors.
• Maintain QHSE records, training logs, inspection and incident reports.
• Assist in safety management systems and environmental programs.
• Monitor QHSE KPIs and support emergency planning and drills.
